NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BIOTOSCANA INVESTMENTS S.A. (“Company” or “GBT”) (B3: GBIO33), a leading biopharmaceutical company in Latin America, announces to its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on November 6^th, approved the election of Mr. Jorge Roberto Manoel to occupy the position of member of the Accounting Audit Committee. The election of Mr. Manoel adds value to the efforts of the current structure of the Committee.

The recently-elected independent member, Mr. Jorge Manoel, has vast experience in finance and accounting. Mr. Manoel holds a degree in accounting from Catholic University of Brazil and specialization in Corporate Governance from Yale University and courses in Corporate Governance from Yale University and also postgraduate degree in Finance and Controllership from Minas Gerais Federal University and in Tecnology and Innovation from São Paulo University. He worked as a partner of PwC and has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, audit, finance and compliance. Mr. Jorge Manoel is currently a member of the Audit Committee and of the Finance, Risk & Controllership of publicly-held companies in Brazil.

The Accounting Audit Committee was created in September this year, with the election of two members – Mr. Nicolás Sujoy and Mrs. Evis Hursever. The installation of the Accounting Audit Committee will be a significant mechanism to improve the company´s governance and transparence to the capital markets.
