UNIFIED TENDER OFFER

BIOTOSCANA INVESTMENTS S.A. (“Company” or “GBT”) (B3: GBIO33), a leading biopharmaceutical company in Latin America, hereby informs that a revised draft of the Offer Notice for the unified tender offer was filed with CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários).

As provided in the new draft of the Offer Notice, the BDR Holders holding at least ten percent (10%) of the outstanding BDRs may request the management of the Company to call a special shareholders meeting to decide on the preparation of a new appraisal report of the Company (the “New Appraisal Report”). The request for a New Appraisal Report must be made within fifteen (15) days counted from the date hereof.
